At Dooney & Bourke, we stand by the craftsmanship of our products and offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Returns are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and generate a pre-paid UPS return shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all dust bags and authenticity cards are included before affixing the return label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
